I am a second year MBA candidate at Georgetown University with an expected graduation date of May 2023. I would like to be considered for positions blending finance, strategy, and business operations in Web3. I am eager to bring my technical background in finance and my ongoing interests in the TMT sector, corporate finance, M&A, debt and equity financing, and stakeholder focused advisory to a growing, dynamic, and tech enabled Web3 firm.

 

My greatest strength I will bring is my agility in navigating challenging and dynamic financial projects. I have highlighted two of my prior experiences below that reflect these strengths.

 

·Investment Banking Experience: This past summer I had the privilege of working in a boutique investment bank in New York that exposed me to M&A and capital advisory client engagements across the TMT sector. My work at CDX Advisors focused around buy-side M&A candidates engaging in various levels of diligence that included comparable company and precedent transaction analyses, FinTech market research, and discounted cash flow financial modeling. I rapidly advanced my technical skills while creating strong personal connections with our analysts. The primary systems used in my research work were CapitalIQ and a CDX Advisors proprietary program called Cyndx. 

 

·Asset & Wealth Management Experience: Previously in my first full-time role as a Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan, I worked on an account requiring extensive investment analysis of a European debt and equities portfolio and a $250MM credit facility. I was selected for this project due to my proven diligence on the analyst team; my success in this client relationship was due to my ability to learn quickly and decisively provide feedback.
