Community Moderator / Customer Service
Dear Sir / Maám HR:
My name is Dusty from the Philippines.
And I’m here to apply for the vacant roles related to Community Moderator, Community chat support, Customer Support, Virtual Assistance, Admin support or any roles related to our beloved community and customers / clients.
The reason being is that I’m well connected to the community channels by working as a community moderator for
Web3/Blockchain projects since the pandemic, and also having a background in customer relation by being a sales
merchandiser and customer service representative in the retail industry(local shopping malls) for 10+ years, so I can say that ‘’to serve’ is my expertise and this is basically my forte.
Although most of the Blockchain projects that I’ve worked with are now non-operational or have become short-lived in the Blockchain space, I do and still believe that those experiences that I have with the online community, e.g. investors, developers, project-owners, regular members, etc., will become my weapon in future challenges.
I'm more than willing to learn, I'm trainable, and I can start from the very bottom to be a valuable asset to the company in due time.
