Mary Dismore is a resourceful, results-focused Executive Assistant (EA) with over ten years of proven success supporting C-level executives.   She supports the C-suite team at Snickerdoodle Labs, a fully remote data exchange Web 3 startup company. Prior to this she spent five years as the EA to the CEO at Embark Behavioral Health, where she played a crucial administrative role during rapid national expansion. Mary has also managed her own writing business, where her team ranked 2nd nationally four years in a row on the nation’s largest crowd-sourcing professional services website.  Earlier in her career, she supported the CEO of Heidrick and Struggles, one of the largest executive recruiter firms in the world. In addition to Mary’s exceptional administrative capabilities, she is recognized for her commitment and excitement for learning and mastering emerging technologies, playing a key role in the management of a multi-million-dollar project, coordinating large events with over 300 attendees, as well as driving process improvement and automation initiatives.  Mary has a MA in Interdisciplinary Humanities and a BS in Psychology.
