Designed and improved the UX of features within the enterprise Workflows tool at global scale, including: AI sources and tools and conversation data processing tasks. Designed end-to-end UX and interface, in collaboration with product and engineering teams, for reusable workflow functionalities — including edge cases, error handling and a research project to select the public name of the feature. Shipped publicly documented features used by enterprise customers globally: multi-branch conditional logic, task delay controls, workflow notifications and settings and new workflow statuses — improving workflow flexibility across industries. Contributed to 3 internal AI & Innovation hackathons, prototyping novel AI-assisted experiences.

Led a comprehensive redesign of a web app serving 18,000 users globally, increasing usability and feature adoption. Built and maintained scalable design systems in Figma, enabling consistent UI delivery across the engineering team. Conducted generative user research and usability testing, producing 25 actionable insights that shaped key user journeys. Collaborated with engineering and product to deliver a fully revamped corporate website in under two weeks. Contributed to pitch decks for 2 investment rounds, helping the company raise $8M in funding.

Designed end-to-end digital financing services from 0 to 1, achieving a 65% increase in conversion rate, from launch (Q2 2022). Facilitated cross-functional workshops to establish company-wide UX design principles, adopted by 50 employees across a multicultural team (Mexico, Argentina, Brazil).

Researched and identified improvements at internal/external processes and business models for better products, services and experiences; recommendations adopted by the organization’s teams and leaders in Mexico, Chile, Colombia and Perú.
