Sales Manager / Business Developer / Web3 Evangelist

Relational communication, game theory and data analysis: these are the three passions that have helped me the most in my professional life, contributing to developing my profile and orienting my skills and interests.

My first encounter with Bitcoin was in 2013, when I was selling Magic cards on ebay and a customer asked me if it was possible to pay in Bitcoin. I was immediately intrigued, but it was not the right time: in the same year the Silk Road case exploded, and in the following year there was the collapse of MtGox.

My second time was in 2017, when a friend - an investment enthusiast - told me again about this misterious Bitcoin. This time nothing could stopped me: I started learning about cryptocurrencies and blockchain, while I was trying to survive the bear market.

In 2020, during the pandemic, I decided it was time to search for a full-time web3 job. Some months later I became Sales Manager at EZ Lab - Blockchain Solution.

As a Business Developer my work is about creating shared value for my company, for clients, for partners. I do this by exchanging knowledge, contacts and deals in my ever-expanding network.
> In '21 we had less than 20 blockchain customers; now we had more than 100.
> In '21 we were working in agrifood sector only; now we're also in fashion, design, energy, cosmet ics and more.
> In the first 6 month of 2023 we've exceeded the turnover of the whole 2022.

As a Sales Manager, my main task is to ensure the company's profitability through management of the sales team, strategic planning and budget forecasting through the HubSpot CRM.

My other role is that of Brand Ambassador I do this through participation as a speaker at blockchain and web3 themed events, specialized trainer at corporate and university levels, with the goal to disseminate industry knowledge and strengthen the company brand. I  managed  the partnership created during this activity to turn them into business opportunity.

The web3 sector excites me because it forces me to constantly challenge myself: to adapt strategy, to manage risk and to solve problems through an evolutionary approach of active and continuous learning. And most of all, I love to work with the human layer of web3.

What I want now is be a part of a great and motivated team in an international software company, with a modern mentality, working together for achieving great results and leaving an impact in the world, thanks to web3 adoption.

I'm a blockchain evangelist and I want a job in which I can engage stakeholders living in web2 and onboard them into Web3, by explaining the technical infrastructure, the working mechanics and the infinite opportunities of this brand new world.
