Hi! I’m Ed, a passionate and creative video creator with a rich background in various types of video production. Since 2020, I've been deeply involved in the NFT industry and quickly fell in love with the innovative and limitless possibilities in this space. Over the past few years, I have not only gained a deep understanding of the Web3 ecosystem but also participated in multiple projects and created high-quality videos for numerous Web3 products.

In my previous roles, I have served as the Community Manager for several well-known projects such as "Katan N' Samurais", "We Game Guild" and Beta Mon. In these roles, I was responsible for community management and promotion, and I personally produced many promotional videos that successfully attracted significant attention and engagement. These experiences have given me a profound understanding of how to effectively convey complex Web3 concepts through visual content.

I possess extensive experience in video production and am proficient in using various editing software. From pre-production planning and scriptwriting to post-production editing, I can handle it all. We Game Guild (WGG) is a blockchain gaming guild from Taiwan, composed of overseas staff and a core team based in Taiwan. The main objectives of the project are marketing promotion, strategic planning, and increasing community visibility. Responsibilities: .Community Strategy Planning: Developed community strategies, designed visual content, and planned events for the WGG core team, managing a team of 12 members and delegating tasks based on strategic plans. .Collaboration Responsibilities: .Event Visual Poster Design: Created main visual posters for events. .Community Platform Design: Designed graphics and written content for community platforms. .Community Event Planning: Planned and executed weekly community events and marketing strategies. .Community Platform Management: Managed and operated platforms such as Discord, Facebook, and Line@. .Discord Server Management: Set up and maintained the WGG Discord server. .Broadcasting Online Game Competitions: Utilized OBS for live streaming and broadcasted on the Twitch platform. .Community Platform Promotion: Discord: Increased members from 3,800 to 5,000 from April to July, achieving a growth rate of 24%. Facebook: Increased followers from 4,000 to 5,130 from April to July, achieving a growth rate of 28%.

VBC Labs is a project launched by a game technology company from Taiwan, aiming to promote its newly released NFTs. During the one-month collaboration, I successfully assisted the project team in achieving a complete sell-out of the first limited batch of 300 NFTs within 7 minutes. Responsibilities: .Community Event Planning: Planned weekly community events and developed marketing strategies. .Community Platform Management: Managed and operated social platforms such as Instagram and Discord. .Cross-industry Collaboration: Negotiated mutual benefit and commercial partnerships. .Community Promotion: Successfully increased the Discord community size from 100 to 1,400 members within a month.

Katana N' Samurais is an NFT project from Taiwan aimed at bringing together enthusiasts of Japanese culture. The goal is to create a Discord community that feels like an izakaya, where members can relax and unwind after work. Ultimately, the project aims to establish a physical ramen shop in Taiwan, achieving the community's co-creation vision. Within the project, I am primarily responsible for managing community platforms, brainstorming business collaboration ideas, and conducting meetings with potential partners.
