Core Responsibilities:    Program Manager/Project Manager: Led end-to-end lifecycle management of global IT and manufacturing projects, reporting directly to the PMO. Oversaw cross-cultural virtual teams across 12 countries (Germany, Finland, US, India, etc.) to ensure alignment with organizational governance standards and strategic goals.  Account Manager: Partnered with local analog design managers to gather cross-team requirements, and communicated solutions, engineering updates, and IT change roadmaps in China analog management meetings—accelerating issue resolution and aligning technical actions with business needs. Unix Admin: Led end-to-end operations of China Data Center, developing standardized user procedures and guidelines. Oversaw server configuration, storage infrastructure (EMC Unity/VNX series), and design platforms (Virtual Desktop Terminals, Load Sharing Facility/LSF scheduling systems) to support 300+ global R&D users, minimizing operational downtime.   Key Projects:     Program Manager: TIEM2 AT & BUMP MES Project (2024.10 - 2025.9)  Led MES system deployment for the new factory, including AT/BUMP application development, PAC integration with multiple machine types, production report development, and user acceptance testing.  Outcome: Enabled smooth launch of the new production line, supporting daily production operations with 99.5% system stability, ensuring on-schedule achievement of capacity targets.    Program Manager: RTD UI Modernization & Simple RTD Project (2024.12 – 2025.9, covering CDAT/TIPI/TICL sites)  Reconstructed the RTD user interface using JavaScript (replacing a decade-old legacy system) and added new functional modules to enhance stability and usability. Designed a "Simple RTD" solution to automate small-area production management.   Outcome: User satisfaction improved by 40%, operation time reduced by 25%, system downtime down to zero, and manual scheduling errors minimized.    Program Manager: Line Management Project (2021.2 - 2025.9, covering CDAT/TIPI/TICL/TIM/TITL sites)  Developed and optimized the Line Management System (LMS), integrating Work-in-Progress (WIP) control and bottleneck analysis functions.  Outcome: Production throughput increased by 20%, on-time order delivery rate reached 99%, and WIP inventory turnover efficiency improved by 18%.    Project Manager: Global Vulnerability Scanning Project (2020.1 - 2021.6)  Conducted periodic OS/application vulnerability scanning and remediation across global sites using the Qualys Web Application Scanner (WAS).  Outcome:100% vulnerability remediation rate, compliance with international cybersecurity standards, and no major security incidents.    Project Manager: Oulu Data Center Consolidation Project (2018.8 - 2019.5)  Oversaw the migration of Finland’s Oulu Data Center to Germany’s Freising Data Center, enabling R&D teams to access systems via thin clients.  Outcome: Zero data loss during migration, 40% reduction in access latency, at least $520k annual operational cost savings, and alignment with global IT architecture integration goals.     Project Manager: China Data Center Storage Refresh Project (2017.1 - 2018.7)  Deployed the EMC Unity 600 storage system to replace the outdated EMC VNX5700.  Outcome: 60% increase in storage capacity, 35% faster data read/write speeds, and 99.9% system reliability, supporting business data growth needs.    Besides, serve as project manager for some other projects such as EDA Remote Tools (2018.10 - 2019.6); LSF: Dashboards, Metrics, Monitoring (2019.8 - 2020.5); RTD Install Fanout (2021.3 - 2025.9); Remote Control Management - Saw / Remote Command Center (2020.4 - 2021.1); Aizu Autoshell and CI Migration (2019.9 - 2021.9) etc are all successfully on time delivered. 

Provided offshore technical support for Wal-Mart: Managed remote Linux server maintenance and assisted with critical data migration to ensure system stability.    Aligned project progress with onshore teams via daily sync meetings and resolved cross-regional collaboration issues.    Initiated system change requests based on requirements and implemented solutions; developed Linux and Solaris server health check checklists to optimize new server handover processes.    Outcome: 30% improvement in server handover efficiency, 100% data migration success rate, and 10/10 satisfaction score from the onshore team. 

Managed data backup and recovery: Implemented backup and security protocols per system requirements, conducted regular tape usability tests, oversaw third-party storage, and responded to global technical teams’ data recovery requests.    Handled system operations and changes: Completed core banking system installation/debugging, server configuration modifications/synchronization, and user acceptance testing; resolved tiered support tickets per established processes.    Participated in banking system projects: Responsible for server reservation, power/network interface allocation, hardware verification documentation, operator manual reviews, and backup strategy design. Assisted in developing data center operational standards to comply with Standard Chartered’s global policies and audit requirements.    Outcome: 100% data recovery success rate, 99% ticket closure rate, and zero annual failure rate for online banking systems, ensuring financial business continuity.
