Before embarking on my career in web development, I worked as an IT support specialist for several years. My role involved troubleshooting technical issues, providing software and hardware support, and assisting users with their technical needs. While I enjoyed the work, I knew I wanted to pursue a more creative career path and develop my skills in web development.

To make the transition, I started learning web development on my own through various online resources and tutorials. I found that I really enjoyed the process of building websites and creating user interfaces. I also decided to take my skills to the next level by enrolling in a web development bootcamp. During the bootcamp, I learned valuable skills in full-stack development, including front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as back-end technologies like Node.js.

Through my IT support experience and self-paced learning, I developed a strong foundation in troubleshooting and problem-solving, which has been invaluable in my career as a web developer. I'm excited to continue learning and growing in this field and look forward to contributing my skills to projects that make a difference.
