I've been responsible for my division's incident management process, using pagerduty. I've built it from the ground up, cooperating with different teams, service owners and managers in order to accelerate and avoid service outage. Simultaneously I've been working as a devops engineer / Monitoring specialist, setting up alerts and automation on our services. I also have a knack for project management, using Jira, Notion and all sorts of programs in order to divide tasks, prepare roadmaps and to organize the lead of the department.
