I'm a double-major graduate from Economics & Sociology and I completed my bachelors as the top ranking student in both of these departments with a honor degree. In economics I took mostly game-theory and finance-related courses and I'm applying for master's in behavioral economics. I'm particularly interested in this field and I'm currently taking extra courses about it.

Currently I work in a fact-checking organization in Turkey and I'm the financial reporter of the company. This position requires preparing periodic internal audit reports to institutions that are Doğruluk Payı’s (the first fact-checking organization in Turkey) funders, grantors and business partners (including Meta, Twitter and Google, as well as Embassies and various Consulates in the U.S. and Turkey). This position requires working with the chairman, the financial accountants and our collaborators directly.

In addition, I also manage Doğruluk Payı’s TikTok page and work with the Digital Operations Team directly on new advertisement, collaboration and digital growth strategies.

I also create fact-checking articles and informative bulletins/articles regarding economy and conspiracy theories. This position requires also being able to do lots of research, make sense of economic indicators and various data related to it and write a comprehensive article about them.
