I am Enggar, a construction professional with experience in supervising and managing projects. Upon completing my studies, I began my career in the private sector, overseeing the construction of a three-story residential building. After a year, I transitioned to a state-owned enterprise, where I contributed to the development of wastewater treatment plants (IPAL). My second project, the IPAL building in Pekanbaru, was successfully completed and is now operational. I was subsequently reassigned to Banda Aceh to work on another IPAL project, which is currently underway. I am now seeking a role that aligns with my aspirations, offering a better work-life balance, including weekends off to spend with my family, and the opportunity to work closer to home, without the need for frequent relocations.
