• Join as an engineering leader to manage one or multiple software engineering teams (or an entire engineering org of a decent size of 20-30 people).
• Contribute to the org and company in below ways: 
 People management: 
 • mentor/manage/motivate, promote, handle less productive employees, regular feedback through 1:1, take care of mental health, manage people from different cultures, backgrounds, and ethnicities with respective specifics.
 Technical: 
 • system design and architecture, handle scalability, work with senior engineers and other EMs to handle tech debts and have best practices implemented, code review, setup/maintain observability/logging etc.
 Contribute to Product Strategy and growth: 
 • work closely with Product Management, Business, Sales, and Marketing team and help build a plan for the next quarter(s)/3-7-12 months and reiterate often and change as required.
 Process Improvements: 
 • establish/maintain processes within engineering org and between engineering and other teams.
 Organizational: 
 • hire/expand the team(s), create engineering OKRs as aligned with broader company's OKR and help managers or teams to follow the OKRs. 
• Take ownership and responsibility and get things done.
• Build/maintain a world-class engineering team(s)/engineering org.
