Develop and implement compliance policies for the company in accordance with Brazilian payment regulations, anti‐ money laundering (AML) and anti‐corruption (FCPA) regulations, ensuring that the company's operations in the Brazilian payment market comply with regulatory requirements; produce and review KYC information to ensure that customers meet Brazilian regulatory requirements and to ensure that the company is not involved in illegal or improper activities.  Coordinate with and maintain good working relationships with Brazilian regulatory agencies to ensure that the company receives support and recognition from regulatory agencies in its operations.  Conduct business meetings with relevant teams of financial institutions, negotiate contract terms, including settlement periods, prices, and cooperation methods, and prepare relevant materials for approval by the Brazilian Central Bank as required.  Coordinate project progress within the company, including addressing API issues with internal and overseas technical teams, following up on the translation of legal terms, promoting settlement methods, and cooperation.  Cooperating with cryptoativo platform, following up on the terms of cooperation, negotiating price settlement cycles, etc., and being responsible for the settlement of fiat and virtual currency USDT, etc.

Collect travel and related industry information/identify valuable information, including competitive market‐related strategies, conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, and provide decision support for business parties. Conduct driver research using existing channels to analyze driver perception of platform and competitor activities/controls/new features. Monitor Brazilian public opinion information, use SQL Hive tools to analyze the business impact of events and produce judgments based on quantitative data. Assist in translating some foreign language materials and producing foreign language analysis reports.
