Continuously monitor security alerts and logs from various sources, including firewalls, IPS, SIEM, Anti Virus, XDR, VPN. Analyze and assess security incidents to determine their nature, severity, and impact on the organization. Respond to and manage security incidents, including performing initial triage and determining the appropriate course of action. Ensure that security tools are properly configured and updated to detect and respond to emerging threats. Prepare and present regular reports on security incidents, trends, and vulnerabilities to management and other stakeholders.

Implementing and maintaining IT Security projects for clients (Bank Negara Indonesia, Bank Mandiri, Bank Syariah Indonesia, BNI Life, and others). Creating project documents such as High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), User Interface Test (UIT), System Integration Test (SIT), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Conducting client assessment for design or topology. Designing recommended client topologies. Delivering technical presentations regarding the proposed Security technology solutions to clients. Verifying and testing the implemented technology for clients. Transferring knowledge related to IT Security technology to clients. Troubleshooting problems that cannot be resolved by Layer 1 engineers. Conducting Proof of Concept (POC) for clients related to the offered technology. Analyzing the latest and critical vulnerabilities. Performing OS patching for client security devices.

Implementing network devices and other computer equipment for clients. Troubleshooting LAN, WAN, and internet networks for clients. Documenting each task performed for clients. Conducting maintenance and installing computer software according to client needs. Regularly updating Windows on all client computers.
