Customer Support Representative

My name is Oghenebredjo Eta Ovotu, and I help Web3 teams, startups, and founders stay organised, efficient, and growth-focused. I work as a virtual executive assistant, administrative assistant, customer support specialist, community manager, and operations support professional, and I also contribute to research, strategy, and project coordination.

I manage calendars, emails, and workflows so executives can focus on high-impact decisions. I organise documents, track records, handle invoices, reconcile payments, and ensure processes run smoothly and accurately. I work with sensitive information and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

I build systems that save time, reduce errors, and make teams more productive, scalable, and organised.
