· DePIN & Decentralized Storage: Built OORT Storage based on deep customization of MinIO, redesigned erasure coding and storage proof mechanisms, reduced storage costs, and became an early BNB Greenfield Storage Provider.

· Engineering & Team Leadership: Full-stack delivery from contracts → wallets → explorers → DApps → admin backends. Managed teams of 30–50 people with cross-platform collaboration experience; previously led core system refactoring of a centralized exchange.
