Key technology leadership role in developing technology capabilities that won a series of endorsement and projects from P&G’s senior leadership for SK-II Retail-X Innovations work for the agency. I was the technical architect building the project from scratch and eventually developed a team necessary to deliver key projects with high visibility and disruption in the beauty industry from 2018 – 2019. I am flexible enough to get hands on code, in my previous engagement with Accenture developing a government intranet application, I led the front-end team in terms of architecture, approach and adoption of modern technologies that aim to reduce technical debt and enable ease of code refactoring. Under a fast-paced agency work stream, I managed a team of developers to deliver a vast number of campaign and client digital transformation products for high key clients like Asian Pacific Brewery & Diageo.
