Led the development of oneGov, a unified government services portal, as well as the oneGov Workplace suite of government service workflow management tools. For the oneGov citizen services portal, spearheaded the initial front-end development utilizing a modern tech stack including React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and Redux Toolkit. Took a leadership role in developing the comprehensive oneGov Workplace suite, which encompasses a node-based workflow builder, drag-and-drop form builder, certification template builder, task inbox, and other productivity tools. Responsibilities included architecting user interfaces, implementing responsive design principles, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and optimizing performance across all components. Collaborated with back-end developers to integrate APIs and maintain data consistency throughout the platform. Conducted code reviews, mentored junior developers, and actively participated in Agile development processes to ensure timely delivery of features. Worked closely with UX designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional, user-friendly interfaces that adhered to government accessibility standards and streamlined administrative processes.

In this role, I debugged existing modules and developed new ones for in-house systems, while also contributing to the requirements analysis, architectural design, and database modeling of new software products from MSE & MSD. I was actively involved in integrating and maintaining multiple interconnected applications, specifically working with over five such systems. Additionally, I took the lead in design, UI/UX, and frontend development efforts for both new products and those undergoing revamps. During this time, I supported in-house developed tools for the largest and first-ever fully digital IPO in the Maldives for Maldives Islamic Bank. I also contributed to the development of "Viyana," a now-launched private placement market platform, as well as a Share Registry Management Platform (SRMS) from the ground up. These projects significantly enhanced the digital financial infrastructure of the Maldives.
