Multilingual Client Engagement Specialist

With an extended background in service industries management, I experienced an exciting change in my career when I started a new journey in TECH companies, within the customer experience and trust and safety teams. 

Customer Support, Quality Assurance programs and business processes improvements are the areas that I feel very passionate about and where I would love to keep growing and expanding my skills and experience. 

Methodical, analytical and critical thinker would be some of the skills that better define my work style. 

Over the last two years I have been taking a course in a crypto academy, where I have learnt all the fundamentals about blockchain technology, DeFi protocols, cryptocurrency, DEXs etc.

Working at Kraken widely expanded my knowledge in putting into practice all what I have learnt regarding cryptocurrency, helping clients to navigate the blockchains ecosystem and the different products offered.

I love the cryptocurrency industry and I think that it is the true future of finances and a real alternative to the traditional systems. I enjoy supporting customers and creating a safe and trustable environment, where clients can feel supported by a very professional but still friendly attitude.
