Engineering Supervisor

I am a Supervisor-level professional with managerial responsibilities in the medical equipment industry. I have extensive experience managing end-to-end projects, including installation, user training, handover, and after-sales support. My role involves coordinating schedules, handling customer complaints, performing sales service activities, and negotiating with vendors and customers to resolve technical and operational issues.

I am well-versed in regulatory compliance, particularly Indonesian Ministry of Health requirements and CDAKB (Good Distribution Practices for Medical Devices), and I ensure that SOPs are implemented consistently and effectively.
