Managed several operation projects in two companies. The operation projects at PT Telkom Indonesia are Telkom Indonesia Indihome Digital as 1st Customer Journey System Backend OSS (2020 – 2021), ATS Oracle Non-MO (2021 – 2022), and SDP Platform (2021 – 2022). Supervised various enhancement projects from two companies such as the ATS Enhancement New Capability OSS NOSS-Fulfillment at PT Telkom Indonesia (2020 – 2023), and HCM Maintenance Support also Service Enhancement at PT Telekomunikasi Selular (2023 – 2024). Led numerous license projects in three companies. The License projects handled at PT Telkom Indonesia are ATS License of Oracle DB Compliance Fulfillment (2022 – 2023), ATS License of Oracle Core Application Tier 1 AON (2022 – 2023), and ATS License of Oracle Core Application Tier 2 AON (2022 – 2023). In charge of other license projects at PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia International (TELIN), which are Microsoft 365 Business Basic License (2023) and Antivirus Microsoft Defender License (2023). Run the Payroll Service at PT Unilever Indonesia (2023 – Present). Directed the maintenance support for Surrounding Finance Non SAP Application at PT Telekomunikasi Selular (TELKOMSEL) (2023 – 2024).

Implemented two projects in the operation area at PT Telkom Indonesia, namely the Rollout CRM EBIS in 2018 – 2019, and the Procurement of Operation Portal DTP in 2019 – 2020. Conducted two projects related to the management area at PT Telkom Indonesia, including Costumer Relationship Management in 2015 – 2019, and Change Management CRM for Costumer in 2017 – 2019. Oversaw a project in terms of Renewal ATS ADP License at PT Telkom Indonesia in 2016 – 2017.
