Led backend architecture for ZedPay, a white-label crypto payment platform, and its ecosystem: a custom blockchain network (Zedxion), a native token (ZedX), and an exchange (ZedCex). Re-architected a legacy .NET 4.7 / IIS system into a microservice-based, white-label Node.js (NestJS) platform, executing a zero-downtime migration of live financial data. Deployed and operated Zedxion, a custom blockchain network: validator node setup and maintenance, cross-chain bridges, liquidity pools, and token swaps powering the ZedX token. Built the core payment product (virtual/physical cards, eSIM, contract tokenization/escrow) across fiat and crypto rails, plus NFT auction and tokenization flows powering a live marketplace. Owned integrations end-to-end: a banking integration (working directly with the bank's engineering team), the ZedCex exchange, and wallet transaction tracking via Tatum.io. Built blockchain integrations across Ethereum, Polygon, Tron, BNB Chain, Solana, and Hedera. Built a 10-person engineering team from the ground up (core platform and a dedicated Telegram bot team); defined security processes and neutralized a targeted cyberattack with zero client-fund losses.

Led three engineering teams (internal backend, external mobile, and external blockchain), reporting directly to C-level, coordinating delivery across distributed teams, and reviewing architecture and code across workstreams. Built Web3 wallet features for an international Web2/Web3 social platform, handling 50k+ wallet and NFT operations on Hedera, in direct collaboration with the Hedera team; evaluated Solana integration in early-stage technical discussions. Scaled the engineering teams through hiring, technical interviewing, onboarding, and mentoring.
