I have extensive hands-on experience on reporting PEPFAR/CDC/USAID donor funded program requirements which covers data verification and validation, data entry, data quality assessment, cohort Analysis, retention, audit determination, database software suites (DHIS2, SPSS, DATIM, LAMIS, PowerBI, Tableau, Kobo, ODK) Gender M&E, PME/PMM tools, HFR (High frequency reporting – weekly & monthly), NDR, NMRS - EMR as well as donor reporting.
I show heightened competences on data analysis, data profiling, interpretation, dissemination and use for program/clinical audits and publications. I am familiar with the capturing and reporting monitoring and evaluation reporting indicators, which are key deliverables of programs.
