I am a self-start M&E Professional with over seven years research and fieldwork experience in the areas of Health System Strengthening, Implementation, Database Management as well as Monitoring and Evaluation of health. Projects.

I have extensive hands-on experience on reporting PEPFAR/CDC/USAID donor funded program requirements which covers data verification and  validation,  data  entry,  data  quality  assessment,  cohort  Analysis,  retention,  audit determination, database software suites (DHIS2, SPSS, DATIM, LAMIS, PowerBI, Tableau, Kobo, ODK) Gender M&E, PME/PMM tools, HFR (High frequency reporting – weekly & monthly), NDR, NMRS - EMR as well as donor reporting.

I   show   heightened   competences   on   data   analysis, data   profiling, interpretation, dissemination   and   use   for program/clinical audits and publications. I am familiar with the capturing and reporting monitoring and evaluation reporting indicators, which are key deliverables of programs. I actively participate in site readiness for Site Improvements through monitoring Systems (SIMS). I have hands-on experience in monitoring and evaluation of HIV/AIDS Database management as well as nutrition Programs to enable decision making and using necessary indicators to  foster programming.

I Supported in developing mobile-based data collection instruments, develop and maintain database, develop data abstraction algorithm, ensure data abstracted and collected is uploaded, and perform preliminary data cleaning.

I also supported the facility am backstopping for as well as the entire state team to ensure real-time daily update of services provided to clients into the Facility EMR/NMRS. I also ensured effective and efficient high-quality documentation in the EMR for patient information and all Quality-of-Care data fields especially for Regimen, Viral Load, enrollment settings, EAC, DMOC, OTZ, IPT services.

I possess vast experience in the different models implemented during the COVID-19 response, describe experiences of the beneficiaries and providers, determine outcomes on key indicators (retention in care, viral suppression) and analyze the cost-effectiveness of the various DSD models.

Working with my M&E team, I have shown heightened level of leadership, developed initiatives to aid improve project indicators. Have also being involved in training, advocacy, and capacity building on data management for Project personnel.
