I am a fully qualified lawyer, based in Serbia and currently founder of a fintech and IT oriented legal advisory – FTLA 3.0.

I have around 8 years of work experience as a legal professional, out of which 5+ years are PQE (post bar) experience as a fully qualified lawyer in the financial industry, where I was able to gain broad expertise in various areas. 

From 2017 to early 2022 I was employed in Porsche Bank Salzburg, division in Belgrade - Porsche Finance Group, where I gained extensive expertise in financial lease, corporate governance, legal support to AML, Internal Audit support, HR, Marketing and Sales with contract negotiations and GDPR expertise through project management in implementation of the GDPR norms according to high Volkswagen and Porsche guidelines and standards. Upon the implementation, for more than two years I was (in addition to the Senior Legal Advisor position) the Group’s DPO and the coordinator for all matters regarding data protection in all Porsche companies in Albania, Bosnia, Montenegro and North Macedonia. I was also acting as the coordinator for corporate governance (mostly preparation, organization and follow-up actions for meetings of Supervisory boards) for all 10 Porsche companies in said countries (plus Serbia). 

From February 2022 to March 2023, I was acting as Senior Legal officer for the Kriptomat Group, EU (Estonia) based and targeted crypto exchange. This year has been a roller coaster in terms of quantity and quality of work. From day one I was fully involved in B2B and B2C product development, acting as Legal product counsel, business development, contract negotiations for inbound and outbound SaaS agreements (White label solution) and for other types of contracts (Banking, PSP solutions etc.), legal research and support in acquiring of licenses and registrations in few EU markets, direct communication with competent authorities in Austria, Germany, Serbia, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Czech, Poland etc. (national banks, financial intelligence bodies, police, state attorneys etc.), legal support of the Marketing dept, Compliance dept and data protection (GDPR) support of different depts and of the acting DPO, coordination of external law firms for litigation in IP matters, claim management etc, legal support of AML and Fraud prevention, employment law related questions and most recently project management in HR where I was put in charge of reorganizing and streamlining HR processes, which I have performed successfully.
