At Dassault Systèmes, I launched an AI platform for asset managers who were spending weeks manually generating regulatory documents from fragmented data. I designed the workflow where cross-functional teams collaborate on fund metadata through role-based forms, then used a fine-tuned Mistral model with RAG, trained on 1,000+ fund prospectuses, to auto-generate compliant documents (prospectuses, SFDR annexes, KIDs) with full audit trails. Asset managers went from weeks of manual drafting to days, and the product landed 3 institutional pilots and €300k+ in initial ARR.
 
On the compliance side, I owned the SaaS transformation of an acquired on-prem compliance engine for depositary banks, with BNP Paribas Securities Services as anchor client. I defined the MVP scope, aligned three scrum teams around a single delivery goal, and reduced manual compliance overhead by 60%.
 
Before product management, I was a Python developer. I still design APIs, prototype with LLMs, and go deep enough technically to catch architectural risks before they become sprint blockers. Engineers trust my PRDs because I speak their language.
