Migrate legacy code from ASP.Net to Python, DJango, pandas, AWS

Developed web applications using Node.js, JavaScript, Knockout, Express, and MySQL. Built custom automation tools with .NET, Python, and Node.js. Developed and maintained RESTAPIs and managed deployments using Azure. Maintained legacy systems using Altitude Script Language (ASL). BPO Integration & Reporting: Over four years collaborating with BPO partners to display client data on-screen, store call outcomes, and generate charts and reports illustrating key performance metrics. Voice Automation: Designed and implemented bots for both outbound and inbound phone calls. Softphone Connectivity: Configured basic softphone integrations with BPO software to manage and route calls seamlessly. Client Engagement & International Rollouts: Led requirements workshops and client meetings; traveled abroad to implement solutions on-site, ensuring a smooth transition and maintaining client confidence throughout the change process.

Participated in the development of a Java-based asynchronous video interview platform. Used Spring and Hibernate for backend development and JavaScript for frontend. Completed 40-hour internship followed by 7-month employment.
