Identified a new production supplier at a Duesseldorf industry event and personally negotiated and onboarded them from first contact through signed agreement. Led an EU-wide market and regulatory research effort on PPWR packaging compliance, reaching 100% supplier participation across 12+ suppliers. Designed and ran the first Keelvar e-tender at Henkel, delivering EUR 600K in savings (5%) and a 10% lead-time reduction. Coordinated cross-functionally with production, supply chain, R&D and marketing teams across Duesseldorf, Bratislava and Barcelona to align specifications, timelines and priorities.
