I'm Gibbie, a Nigerian Web3 builder and community manager with hands-on experience running and growing communities in the crypto and DeFi space. I have managed communities for projects including BabyBonk, Owner's unity, ZKBoost and Ensoul.ac. 

That means I don't just moderate. I build

I've managed announcement cycles, coordinated community events, run live voice chat sessions, designed engagement formats from scratch, and kept communities warm during the quiet periods when most CMs go silent. I know how to hold a community's attention between big moments and that's where most projects lose people.

1. Real experience in Web3 community building not just Discord management, but strategy, content, and culture  
2. A builder's understanding of the product, I can explain protocol mechanics to a cold audience without losing them. I did it with Ensoul

4. I've worked across X, Telegram, Discord. I know how each one works and how to move people between them
