I am a Web3 Community Manager with over three years of hands-on experience creating, nurturing, and scaling blockchain communities across Discord, Telegram, and X. I worked as a Community Manager with DefiLab, where I managed community engagement, hosted AMAs, supported user onboarding, and launched growth campaigns that increased active participation by more than 42 percent in three months.

I have also served as an Ambassador with Tafaxtra, a blockchain company focused on adoption and innovation. In this role, I supported grassroots promotions, coordinated educational content, and helped expand the community by over 1,000 new members through consistent outreach and engagement.

I care deeply about building communities that feel safe, supportive, and informed. My work involves simplifying complex blockchain concepts for everyday users, responding professionally during difficult moments, and building trust through clear communication and consistency. I enjoy working with cross-functional teams, organising community events, and creating programs that keep members excited and involved.
