Built multiple NFT platforms for digital artists and collectors, combining real-time Ethereum blockchain data with social analytics. Architected full-stack applications using TypeScript, Node.js, React/NextJS, and PostgreSQL. Integrated AI-powered insights using OpenAI and Anthropic APIs for creator recommendations. Managed 1 engineer; company shut down after exploring multiple product directions without finding PMF (raised $1.6M seed after winning ETHCC[4] hackathon)

Partnered with CEO to rebuild SMS e-commerce platform processing $1M+/month across 25K+ orders, with automated messaging services, flexible subscription services, and highly-performant customer support tooling. Built real-time inventory system syncing across 4 national warehouses, as well as 2 cashierless retail locations and interactive vending machines in NYC area. Integrated Twilio, Stripe, and logistics APIs for same-day delivery in NYC & LA markets and 2-day across the US. Managed team of 5 engineers + 4 remote customer support staff. Extended platform to white-label solution for 6 other DTC brands.

Guided fast-paced product launch in partnership with Facebook Messenger as first set of Messenger chatbots, built messaging framework for supporting 50k highly active users at launch. Worked closely with CEO and creative teams on product strategy; managed team of 6 engineers and designers. Won 2017 Webby Award “World’s Best Chatbot”; featured on Apple’s “Planet of the Apps” show.
