George Michoulis is a Greek software engineer and blockchain developer specializing in Web3 technologies, decentralized governance, and deep learning applications.  Based in Thessaloniki, Greece, he is affiliated with the Institute For the Future at the University of Nicosia and works as a full stack developer at Sidroco  .

His academic contributions include research on blockchain-based 5G network management using fractional NFTs, as well as frameworks for measuring decentralization in decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs)  . He has also explored the intersection of graph neural networks and bioinformatics, co-authoring a study on drug–target interaction prediction using multi-task learning  .
