Liv. Digital Bank by Emirates NBD is the leading digital bank in the MENA region and I was given the opportunity to lead a squad of backend developers, frontend developers, testers and QAs for the lending portfolio, primarily focusing on Credit Cards, Payments, Payment gateways, etc.

Under my leadership, we were able to drive customer acquisitions by 1000% over the span of a year. Performing analysis on multiple reports helped me identify system flaws as to where the onboarding journey was breaking. For production issues, I was responsible for pulling out production logs, identifying the errors in the logs, liaising with the Agile team for a fix, testing the deployed fixes and monitoring customer complaints to ensure end-to-end resolution. Apart from this, journey and app enhancements were done to improve overall CX and UX. 

I'm open to an Business Developer/Product Owner role where I can work with a team of tech developers in the Agile framework where I can liaise with Business and Tech.
