Rust / Scrypto Smart Contract Engineer

Smart-contract / protocol engineer with hands-on DeFi experience on Radix. I designed and implemented the first Uniswap V3-style concentrated liquidity pool on Radix and the first oracle on the network, using Scrypto/Rust in an asset-oriented model.

I am looking for Rust, Move/Sui, smart-contract or protocol engineering roles where I can work on DeFi primitives, on-chain architecture, correctness, testing and developer-facing infrastructure. Before Web3 I worked at Qblox on scientific Python tooling for quantum-control hardware, so I am comfortable moving between low-level technical systems, mathematical modelling and user-facing engineering.

Experience

Lead Smart Contract Engineer / Protocol Architect
Ociswap
2023 - 2024
Ociswap is one of the main DEXs on Radix. As lead smart-contract engineer/protocol architect, I designed and implemented, in Scrypto/Rust, the first Uniswap V3-style concentrated-liquidity pool on Radix and the first oracle on the network. Work included protocol design, liquidity/range accounting, fee logic, oracle/state architecture, testing and integration with Radix's asset-oriented model.
Quantum Application Engineer
Qblox B.V.
2021 - 2022
Worked on Quantify, a Python-based open-source library for quantum-computing control and experiments. Added support for Qblox RF devices, implemented dynamic sequencer allocation, created tutorials and calibration/characterization experiments for transmon qubits, maintained the GitLab repository, researched IQ mixer calibration, tested end-to-end operation with Qblox hardware, and supported users.
Master Thesis: Predicting the Fidelity of Quantum Circuits
Quantum Computer Architecture Lab, TU Delft/QuTech
2019 - 2020
Developed a deep-learning model to predict the success probability of quantum circuits, outperforming previous state-of-the-art methods. The work combined quantum computing, machine learning, numerical modelling and Python-based experimentation.
Frontend/Backend Developer
AMU Project, LIP (Laboratory of Instrumentation and Particles)
2016 - 2016
Worked on software for a portable scintillation-based muon telescope prototype. Set up Debian Linux on a BeagleBone Black, configured a MySQL database, tested electronics, and developed a Qt-based GUI to control telescope operations.
