Hello!

My name is Gustavo Martín.

Since I was a child, I’ve been deeply passionate about technology and programming. This passion has guided me throughout my life, from writing my first lines of code in Basic at the age of five to today, where I’ve been fortunate to turn this interest into both my career and my way of life.

After spending three years at CERN (Geneva, Switzerland) as an industrial programmer, I decided to return to Spain to be with my family and continue my journey in blockchain development, a field that truly fascinates me.

I later joined BeGlobal.finance, working on their lending and borrowing protocol, deploying, reviewing, and testing smart contracts, as well as implementing Chainlink Keepers for automated liquidations.

Soon after, I had the opportunity to lead the development of Dexynth, a multi-chain synthetic trading protocol. This role was both challenging and rewarding, allowing me to grow as a developer while leading a talented team in building a complex protocol like Dexynth.

After Dexynth, I joined fija as a Customer Integration Engineer, where I helped integrate fija’s DeFi services into the systems and workflows of clients and developed backend services to support these integrations. This experience strengthened my skills in problem-solving, backend development, and building reliable integrations, all directly relevant tocreating scalable blockchain applications.

I am particularly passionate about DeFi and have hands-on knowledge of protocols like Uniswap (v2, v3, and v4), GMX V2, Aave V3 and Gains Network, which gives me a solid understanding of liquidity, trading mechanisms, and decentralized finance architectures.

Following that, I expanded my expertise by exploring the Solana ecosystem, working with Rust and the Anchor framework. I developed and deployed several programs, deepening my understanding of blockchain architecture, account management, and security. Today, I focus on designing efficient, secure, and scalable decentralized solutions.

My experience with Solidity, TypeScript, Node.js, smart contracts, and backend integrations allows me to bridge the gap between on-chain and off-chain systems effectively.

I’d describe myself as curious, adaptable, and passionate about solving complex problems, qualities that drive me to deliver high-quality results in fast-evolving environments.
