Development and management of internal tools (built using AODocs, GSuite and ETQ Reliance) to support the Quality program and its policies for consumer products. Working with over 50 sites globally and their respective regulatory agencies, while enforcing over 30 internal Compliance standards. Process design flow for physical and remote tasks, using Robotic Process Automation tools and standard operating procedures, delivering reduced execution times across documentation, product release, contract agreements, and more internal processes. Cross functional collaboration with Global HR, Global IT and Supply Chain teams to establish aligned guidelines for best practices in global Quality program management.

6 month focused initiative as a Strategy Manager in South Carolina, where I led the implementation of the operational excellence program in a north american personal care products facility. Led the implementation of digital tools (Augmentir, Trello) with hands-on training on digital skills with people, impacting over 300 employees. Operations downtime decreased by ~5% in 3 months after deployment started.

Leader of the digital supply chain operational excellence program. As a global subject matter expert, I developed strategies and digital procedures focused on user adoption of the OPEX program. Successfully led the onboarding of over 15,000 users in more than 25 sites onto a new digital platform, implementing over 300 use cases related to operational excellence across business functions, capturing savings in man-hours, paper and mental fatigue from end users. Spearheaded the global digitization program, collaborated with startup companies in the manufacturing technology space. Led pilot projects for AR (guided experiences), Digital Twins, and similar technologies, I scaled these technologies to over 20 sites globally, from proof of concept to standard solutions.
