I have run communities as an operator, not a poster.
At a European Web3 company I ran community operations across six platforms, scored 54 out of 56 on their internal exam and earned repeated performance bonuses. Before that I was promoted from senior moderator to leading a team of around ten at a Dubai company.

Right now I run operations at a video production studio, where I built the six-channel Discord structure the whole team works inside, plus the onboarding and quality standards that go with it.

What I actually do: build the structure, write the rules, train and manage the moderators, and set up the reporting so you can see what is happening without reading every message.
