Analyze client requirements and translate them into functional specifications. Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, etc.) to meet business needs. Collaborate with technical teams for custom development when required. Coordinate data migration from legacy systems to Odoo. Conduct training sessions for key users and end-users on Odoo usage. Create and maintain user manuals, documentation, and SOPs. Collaborate with product managers to translate customer requirements into functional specifications and product backlog items. Oversee the rollout of new features or improvements, ensuring alignment with functional requirements and user expectations.

Analyses of Business Requirements including functional and technical requirements. Integrate solution into customer business processes and business systems. Facilitate user training(demo) and testing to ensure quality deliverance. Rectifying data through database if any issues occurred in the system. Provide the Test plan and Debrief to technical teams to ensure the system stability.

Investigates corporate data requirements, and applies data analysis, design and quality assurance Techniques. Work together with relevant team to identify potential benefits and defining acceptance test.
