- Built the RENEC blockchain ecosystem from scratch to its current state, with more than 500 thousand user/token holders with monthly active wallet users of more than 30 thousand in less than ten months. Rapidly led the build of a strong brand awareness power from zero via several crucial social media networks for the crypto community, such as Twitter (145k followers), Telegram (31k followers), Reddit (17.6k followers) and Discord (17.3k followers). Built a strong partnership network around key players in the crypto industry in and out of Vietnam with RENEC including top CEXs, Security firms and decentralized financial services including OKX, Binance, Verichain, Hacken, APAC DAO. Conceptualized, tested and built from scratch solutions to effectively support DEFI product within RENEC blockchain ecosystem including collateralized stablecoin, wrapped tokens, pegged-fiat tokens and gasless service with TVL of ~3 mil USD only 6 months after launching. Successfully ran the first public sale of tokens and listed on three world top-20 CoinMarketCap’s centralized exchanges in within only six months gathering millions of users joining the listing events.

- Contributed to the milestone of reaching 40 thousand users of the eco-system after launching a serial of innovative products in the web3 dimension such as self-custodial wallets, a crypto bank. Advised the Founder on business strategy in the blockchain world, led to successfully partnering with several big partners in the industry such as Lbank, Digifinex, and Redline DAO.

- Expanded business, partnered with >22 million-user-based national Nigerian lottery and sports betting platform (Naija) with blockchain lottery, offered a multi-currency cashless payment ecosystem (QuantaPay) to approach a >200-million-user market of Africa at the same time. Offered QuantaPay to a redemption system of Australian eCash venue casinos with faster, simpler deposits/withdraws that resulted in reducing 20% transaction cost per player and increase player loyalty and patronage. Wireframed, gamified several game PoCs to offer to US land-based casinos to increase their game portfolio for high rollers (VIP lottery), offered to the national lottery of Greece a solution to increase transparency and reduced barrier of entry in the scratch lottery (blockchain scratch lottery project).

- Conceptualized, feasible studied, worked with R&D, developers, designers, led product vision, built GINAR blockchain-based RNG from scratch aimed to increase transparency and trust in gaming and lottery industry, reduced game-plays disputed time and cost by 85% (from avg 2 weeks to 2 days) and 80% (avg $1400/case). Recruited, coached, built a team of a total of 24, performed leadership management, built brand guidelines, and launched GINAR product 2 months shorter than commitment with full-scale product and marketing function ready to commercialize. Performed IP protection registration in 35 countries, archived 2 most sought-after industrial certifications by Gaming Lab International and iTech Lab that made GINAR technologically and legally provide service to any jurisdiction.

- Created business logic, works with designers on UI/UX of a KYC system for the first-ever licensed blockchain lottery targeting players using ETH cryptocurrency and current investors holding 30 million USD worth of tokens of project’s recent ICO. Optimized a lottery E-wallet on deposits/withdraws processes with more efficient logic, and shorten the time by half, resulting in saving thousands of USD per month on transaction fees on the Ethereum network. Analyzed market data, advised the management team on the vision of the product toward the lottery and gaming industry lead to high impact strategies on targeting Quanta toward the emerging market in Africa.

- Advised on setting up business, office, partnering in Vietnam to bid future contract on natural gas and oil exploration in Vietnam continent shelf that led to a successful big project Ca Voi Xanh “Blue Whale”. Co-ordinated work with Vietnam’s Ministry of Planning and Investment, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Petro Vietnam, on agreements, contract, and planning project.

- Consulted in bidding with Vietnamese companies on transportation helicopters for supporting offshore Oil & Gas exploration resulting in a >160 million EUR contract. Performed project management with a product demo and testing tour, bidding documenting facilitation.

- Advised on digital transformation, built and designed the business process for the e-commerce system, consulted in international logistic, payment systems that helped to transfer a traditional company to a partly e-commerce/store business resulting in instantly increase in sale and steady growth years after with YOY on e-commerce of 35% avg.

- Founded and managed a business of e-commerce auction house specializing in high-value collectible and rare photographic equipment with constant millions of euros of active listing that archive YOY 15% avg growth in 7 years in a row. Responsible for business, marketing, partnered with >500 EU SMEs and selling to customers of more than 60 countries.

- Responsible for professional support and training in imaging products for the main distributor and dealers resulting in an increasing of 5% number of new dealers in Vietnam and archived for the first time Canon Professional Service standard in Hanoi and Ho chi Minh city.

- Responsible for marketing strategy, business development, and sales to archive MOM 40% growth and dominating high-end house automation and smart alarm systems in the north of Vietnam by just one year after entering the market.
