One-year placement at Campurdarat Regional General Hospital (RSUD) as an IT Staff. Junior Web Developer (PHP) with CodeIgniter. Ensure that every application/system used by users is functioning well. Regularly check and update the operating systems and applications used by users. Provide training to users of the Hospital Information System (SIMRS) on system workflow and features. Analyze and report bugs to the programmers for fixes, and if possible, address them independently. Handle Helpdesk support for hardware, software, and other issues. Perform installation of computers and printers. Maintain the internet network and ensure that the computer connections run smoothly during hospital operations. Collaborate with hospital clients to understand and fulfill their requirements. Notify the hospital staff when a request has been completed. Conduct Unit Testing to identify bugs and make necessary fixes before updating the server. Prepare reports after evaluations to provide updates on the progress of work.
