Led execution for a FE onboarding platform team of six engineers, driving delivery planning, technical direction, operational excellence, quality bar, and cross-functional alignment. Proposed, designed, and built a generic questionnaire component/pattern that simplified 30% of KYC customer user journey, driving a ~90% reduction in FE development time for any questionnaire-driven product. Mentored IC4 engineers via daily syncs, design guidance, unblocking, and launch planning; guided them on system design, planning the launch by reviewing the checklist and testing strategy, and scaling others to independently own delivery. Established and ran on-call handovers, performed bug triage, created hourly funnel monitors for P0 flows, and led multiple incidents end-to-end to reduce time to detect and prevent recurrence.
