BTC L2 that is EVM-compatible and is focused on DeFi. Short-term collab to help the founders and first ecosystem onboardings. Identify, onboard, develop and maintain new and current strategic partnerships with projects and protocols. Monitor and analyze ecosystem metrics to assess growth, engagement, and performance, and adjust strategies accordingly. Oversee and coordinate internally regarding allocation of ecosystem grants to incentivize developers and projects to build on our chain. Work closely with product teams to ensure ecosystem needs are aligned with our chain’s development and upgrades. Collaborate with other internal teams (business development and marketing) to ensure ecosystem initiatives align with overall company goals. Onboarded more than 30 projects into StratoVM including: OmniBTC, BWare Labs, Orange Layer, PlenaFinance, Bitomni, BitLen, Supra, TakerProtocol, IceCreamSwap and many more.

In January 2024, we’ve closed the pre-seed funding with leading Web3 Angels from companies like Pyth, Binance, AAVE, Fantom, Consensys, Polkastarter, Chainlink, Request Network, Subvisual, and many more. My role is not so much operational (i.e. daily activities), is more focused on setting the long-term strategy and relationships/partnerships.
