Hey, I'm Heron — a senior Web3 fullstack engineer. 6 years building for the web, 4+ in Web3, and a 6× hackathon winner (ETH Samba, ETHGlobal, Monad Blitz, King of Devs, Pod Labs).

At Blockful I led the frontend of AI Delegate, an ETH Samba 2024 winner that became a production governance product; built Swaplace, the first dApp on Kakarot zkEVM; and owned major parts of Anticapture, a governance analytics platform for DAOs like ENS, Uniswap and Arbitrum.

Today I run Nanolances, a studio shipping dApps and SaaS for Web3 and Web2 clients, and I'm building Noma, a social travel mini-app on Celo with MiniPay and World ID.

Frontend engineer at Blockful, an open-source studio building DAO governance and security tooling (official ENS Service Provider). Led the frontend of AI Delegate, an ETH Samba 2024 winner (30% of the total prize pool) that grew into a production product letting DAO members delegate votes to AI agents. Owned major parts of Anticapture, a governance analytics platform tracking DAO capture risk: dashboards, complex data tables, real-time on-chain data via GraphQL/Apollo, and the design system that scaled the UI. Also built Swaplace, the first dApp deployed on Kakarot zkEVM, and Trustful, used at ZuVillage Georgia to issue verifiable on-chain reputation badges. Led PR reviews and spoke on open-source development at The Mu (Argentina).

Full-stack developer on Monitora UFF, the incident monitoring system of Fluminense Federal University, one of Brazil's largest federal universities. Cut live camera latency 6× by re-architecting the RTSP streaming pipeline with MediaMTX, and designed the React + OpenLayers frontend architecture that scaled the system from a single campus to 42+ units and 500+ cameras, with georeferenced maps, multi-camera management and GLPI ticketing for incident response teams.

Frontend developer on Web3Task, an open-source decentralized task protocol connecting on-chain bounties to contributors. Web3Task won all 4 first-place categories at the first King of Devs hackathon, and I led the in-person pitch. Owned the Solidity contract integration, architecture decisions and open-source issue management, and cut page load time 2× with on-demand pagination and parallelized RPC calls.
