Crafted Ceria loyalty program features using tiering based on gamification principles, achieving an average SEQ score of 6.5/7.0 in usability testing. Migrated Ceria to the BRI Design System, achieving full UI/UX consistency with parent company standards, and also conducted a UX audit using Heuristic Evaluation that identified over 100 usability issues for Ceria.
