Founded and led portto Blocto, a custodial crypto wallet app and SDK with a market-leading account abstraction design, and the leading consumer wallet across the Ethereum, Aptos, and Flow ecosystems. Raised capital from top-tier investors including Mark Cuban, 500 Global, FTX, and AppWorks. Established Blocto as the official wallet partner for landmark Web3 brands including NBA Top Shot, CNN, and IPX (formerly Line Friends). Shipped one of the first account abstraction wallets across Ethereum, Solana, Flow, and Aptos. Drove industry-wide conversation on Ethereum wallet design, with public endorsement from Vitalik Buterin. Launched and scaled the 3rd largest NFT marketplace globally by trading volume. Launched and scaled the largest AMM DEX and staking service on Flow. Built and led a 50-person organization, including 30 software engineers, spanning product, engineering, business development, and operations. Defined the end-to-end technical architecture across mobile (iOS / Swift, Android / Kotlin), web (React + Node.js), and a GCP-based auto-scaling backend (Go + Rust) — architected to sustain 100k+ concurrent users. Drove the company to ISO 27001 certification; engaged external security firms to red-team production services and commissioned third-party audits of all core smart contracts. Built the collaboration, incentive, and recruiting frameworks that established the team as one of the most productive blockchain engineering organizations in Taiwan. Built and operated a top-10 cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume during the firmʼs peak years — independently rated the 2nd most secure exchange globally among 500+ exchanges. Designed the consensus algorithm for DEXON, a high-performance, EVM compatible blockchain capable of 120,000 TPS. As VP of Engineering, directed end-to-end development across web (React + Node.js), mobile (iOS / Swift, Android / Kotlin), and smart contracts (Solidity), managing a 30-person engineering organization. Concurrently served as Head of Product for DEXON, coordinating cross-functional execution across marketing, investor relations, business development, product design, and engineering. Directly managed 3 PMs, 12 engineers, and 2 QA engineers.
