Building a product is like building a relationship with someone, this is the relationship between a business and its target users. This means businesses need to understand their user's problems and how to reduce these problems. This is why I love the part to research the user to understand and empathize with them. With the result after research, the business owner can reduce their assumption, and the product will be clean and easy for their user.
