Responsible for set a strategy to win project tenders by compiling a team, technical proposal, and bid prices according to client expectations, and negotiating the scope of work that meets both work schedules and bid prices while ensuring the quality of work and continuity of relationships with clients. Actively involved in designing nuclear reactor cores for a radioisotope production reactor projects. Have produced 4 Scientific Paper Publications and 1 Scientific Technical Report.
