My name is Hamza and I’m a Product Designer.

As a Product Designer, my main responsibility is to create user-centered digital products that meet the needs of the user and the business. This involves conducting user research to gather insights about the user's needs, creating wireframes and prototypes in Figma to test and refine the design, and designing the visual and interactive elements of the product.

I have a strong understanding of both design and engineering principles, which allows me to effectively bridge the gap between the two disciplines and create products that are both visually appealing and technically sound. My experience using Scrum agile methodologies also allows me to work efficiently and iteratively, adapting to changing requirements and gathering user feedback throughout the development process.

In order to be successful in this role, it is important to have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, as well as the ability to use design tools such as Figma and prototyping tools like InVision. It is also important to have excellent communication skills, as product designers often work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and project managers.

In order to showcase my skills and experience, I have created a portfolio that showcases my recent work, including case studies and examples of my design process. I have also a LinkedIn profile that highlights my professional experience and skills, and I am active in relevant industry groups and communities.

Overall, a product designer with an engineering background and experience using Figma and Scrum agile methodologies plays a crucial role in the development of digital products, using their skills and expertise to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences that meet the needs of the user and the business.

Outside the “day job”, I enjoy pursuing personally-led projects. One of these projects includes an electronic music label called KUSUF, being the Co-founder of the collective that supports local artists in the MENA region and internationally, I’m also a musician and producer that enjoy every single moment of his time creating and crafting new melodies for a personal or a business utility.
