•Live Deal Execution: Supported the execution of the Sliver Dragon Water Supply’s IPO on HKEx by tracking investors’ feedback, helping arrange NDRs and preparing both internal and external documentation. •Pitching: Participated in 8 pitches covering IPO, placement and rights-issue in multiple industries, helped prepare pitchbooks by updating macro environment overview (market, deals, etc.) as well as analyzing stock trading situation and company-specific financing-related strategy. •Weekly Market Update & Database Building: Supported routine work of the team including preparing the equity capital market weekly update and the Asian equity market deals update on a weekly basis, building up a new cornerstone investor database covering all the HK IPOs since 2020 with detailed deal and cornerstone information for future use and etc.

•Deal Sourcing & Pitching: Conducted extensive and continuous deal sourcing via vertical media (e.g. rootdata), social media (e.g. linkedin, twitter) and personal networking. Successfully delivered multiple early-stage deal pitches to IC including StepN, NFTGo and etc. •Targeted Mapping & Industry Research: Conducted targeted mappings and industrial research of GameFi and Payment using an entrepreneur/deal-driven method by analyzing data and information from white papers, on-chain data and blogs as well as expert interviews.
