Key Projects & Achievements: Crypto Exchange (CEX) Broker Platform: Directed the development of a broker platform for a top CIS-region client, managing a 15+ developer team (specializing in GoLang, C++, Python) to deliver core services, including OEMS, Market Data, and Risk Management. Achieved on-time launch and successful adoption by end-users. Mobile Banking Application: Spearheaded the creation of a mobile banking solution for a UK client, managing project scope, team composition, and overseeing the smooth rollout, enhancing client satisfaction. Dating Platform: Led the development of a full-featured mobile and web dating application for a U.S.-based client, managing all phases from conception to go-live. Built and managed a cross-functional team of 28 developers and project managers, aligning project goals with client requirements and market trends to maximize product value.

Co-founded Bloomia-a Play-to-Earn (P2E) game concept that introduced procedurally generated NFTs, offering a unique approach to the gaming and crypto markets. Successfully exited Bloomia.io, transferring ownership and intellectual property with a collection of 50 developed NFTs.
