Content Creation & Management Assist in creating and planning social media content (posts, stories, reels, videos, etc.). Write simple captions aligned with the brand’s tone of voice. Schedule and publish content using social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite). Monitoring & Engagement Monitor comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms. Respond to basic inquiries and engage with the audience following brand guidelines. Escalate complex customer feedback or complaints to the senior team. Reporting & Analysis Collect and organize social media insights (reach, engagement, followers growth). Support in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports. Trend Research & Ideation Stay updated with current social media trends, viral content, and competitors’ activities. Share creative ideas for content based on relevant trends. Team Collaboration Work closely with designers, content creators, and marketing teams. Support ongoing campaigns, promotions, or events managed by Social Media Specialist/Manager. Administrative Tasks Maintain content calendars and archives of published materials. Ensure all social media content is properly organized and documented.
